These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of GCSHARP — Global Classroom, Sharpening Potential — including our website, application and all related educational services.

By creating an account, accessing or using GCSHARP, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Some features require an account. When you register and while you use GCSHARP, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current and truthful.
• You will keep your password and sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
• You will not share, sell or transfer your account to another person.
• You will notify us promptly at support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Where a student is below the age at which they can agree to these Terms on their own under applicable law, a parent, guardian or school should agree on their behalf.

GCSHARP is for lawful, personal educational use. You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Access accounts, data or areas of the service without authorisation.
• Hack, probe, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise the platform or its security.
• Scrape, bulk-download, mirror or automatically harvest content from the platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Impersonate another user, a teacher, an examination body or GCSHARP staff.
• Share account access or misuse accounts belonging to others.
• Disrupt, overload or interfere with the service or with other users' access to it.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.

GCSHARP provides past questions, examination papers, practice items and other revision resources for GCE O Level, GCE A Level, HND, Concours and related programmes. You should understand that:

• Materials are provided for educational and revision purposes only.
• The availability of any specific paper or resource is not guaranteed permanently; materials may be added, updated, corrected or removed.
• We do not guarantee that studying any particular material will produce a particular examination score or outcome.
• Examination content may belong to examination bodies, authors, publishers or other rights holders, and is made available to support learners' preparation.

We work to keep materials accurate, but errors and omissions are possible. Always check against official sources issued by your examination body.

The following belong to GCSHARP and are protected by applicable law:

• The GCSHARP name, brand and tagline "Global Classroom, Sharpening Potential".
• The GCSHARP logo and visual identity.
• The design and layout of the website and application.
• Original software, source code and platform features.
• Original written content, explanations, summaries and graphics created by GCSHARP.

You may use GCSHARP materials for your personal study. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

Third-party educational materials made available through the platform remain subject to the intellectual-property rights of their respective owners. Rights holders who wish to raise a concern may contact support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com.

Where GCSHARP allows you to upload or submit content — such as notes, questions, documents or feedback — the following rules apply:

• Ownership. You keep ownership of the content you submit.
• Licence to operate the service. You grant GCSHARP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your content only as needed to run and improve the platform.
• Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Prohibited content. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, hateful, obscene, misleading, harassing, or exam-malpractice content, or material that infringes copyright.
• Removal. We may remove content that appears to breach these Terms or infringes third-party rights, and may act on valid copyright complaints.
• Consequences. Repeated or serious abuse may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

GCSHARP relies on third-party services — such as hosting, authentication and technical tooling — and may link to external websites or resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep GCSHARP available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be affected by:

• Planned maintenance and updates.
• Unplanned downtime or technical faults.
• Network, hosting or connectivity problems.
• Changes, additions or removals of features.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and will try to give notice where reasonably possible.

GCSHARP is a revision and preparation platform. It does not replace your school, teachers or official examination guidance, and it does not guarantee examination results, grades, admission, certification or academic success. The service and its materials are provided on an "as available" basis and outcomes depend on your own preparation and the decisions of examination bodies and institutions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GCSHARP and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including lost study time, missed opportunities, examination outcomes, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where:

• These Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
• The account is used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• The security or integrity of the platform or of other users is at risk.
• We are legally required to do so.

Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You may stop using GCSHARP at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by writing to support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com or using the account deletion option in the app where available.

We may update these Terms as GCSHARP develops. The "Last updated" date and version number at the top of this page reflect the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example an in-app notice or an email — and continued use of GCSHARP after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
